Similar to galvanised steel, Galvalume is produced using a hot-dip process. Instead of 100 per cent zinc, hot-dip galvanising is 55 per cent aluminium, 43.5 per cent zinc and 1.5 per cent silicon. Aluminium-zinc plated steel coils offer excellent performance, with an ideal combination of corrosion resistance, forming and coating properties.

Galvalume zinc plated steel (also known as aluminium zinc steel) is mainly used in automotive, metallurgical and electrical equipment.

Our company has a complete process chain, relying on high-quality cold-rolled steel coils SPCC of Laiwu Steel Group and Jinan Steel Group to produce high-precision galvanized steel coils, galvalume steel coils, prepainted steel coil, corrugated sheets and other products.
